BRANCH TRIP ANNOUNCEMENT

Manchester United v Liverpool

Old Trafford, Saturday 20^th March 2010

1.       Following a Committee Meeting on Tuesday 17^th November 2009, it was agreed that this game should be categorised as a Group A game.

2.      Therefore, in order to go to this game you MUST attend one of the following Group B games;

Manchester United v Burnley, Saturday 16^th January 2010

Manchester United v Portsmouth, Saturday 6^th February 2010

Manchester United v West Ham United, Saturday 27^th February 2010

3.      As soon as you have paid for one of the above Group B games in FULL, you are then permitted to place your name on the United v Liverpool trip upon payment of a £50 deposit at the same time.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

4.      The final balance of the United v Liverpool trip MUST be paid 4 weeks before the game in accordance with Branch Trip Rules.

5.      As we only have a 53-seater going to the game then needless to say places on the United v Liverpool trip will be limited and you should book your place on it AS A MATER OF URGENCY.

6.      YOU CAN ONLY book your place on the Liverpool trip by attending a Branch Meeting in person – 1 Booking Per Person Only – Junior Members & Spouses do not have to be at the meeting for their parent(s) to book their place on a trip.

7.      A “Cut-Off” date may be introduced for booking purposes in the event of the United v Liverpool Branch Trip being over subscribed and if a “Cut-Off” date is introduced, then the “Attendance At Meetings Rule” will be implemented.  If you don’t normally attend meetings then you should start doing so immediately.

8.     The United v Liverpool Trip List will be opened at next week’s meeting in Lough Moss Leisure Centre, Carryduff.

9.      ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS ABOUT THE UNITED v LIVERPOOL BRANCH TRIP WILL BE ANSWERED AT THE BRANCH MEETING. 

10.  This is an Information Notice only and therefore any questions concerning its content will not be answered until the Trip List is opened.
