About John

John Monaghan is 19 and has been with the branch for a number of years having encouraged his avid Spurs fan of a father to fork out for his membership. Ever since he started delivering the Belfast Telegraph around Rosetta John has been keen on media work and is looking forward to reaching his ultimate goal of becoming a sports writer.
He hopes to get some work experience with the News Letter over the coming months and when he completes his studies the search will start in earnest to do some serious writing.
John has been fortunate to have some of his articles published by the FOUR FOUR TWO magazine and he continues to submit articles to them.
More recently John has been on the MEGA football show hosted in America by 2 local lads who plied their trade with local clubs.
